Welcome to this video about our customer club and benefits program in the omnichannel solution, NP Retail. The membership goes across sales channels, so the member also earns points when he or she shops in the store’s web store.

In this scenario, there are three levels of memberships. All members start as a Bronze member. When the member shows some commitment, he or she is upgraded to a Silver member. Subsequently, the customer buys more items and becomes a Gold member.

The member enters the store and says he is a member of their customer club, and the clerk scans the QR code from his wallet.

We go to payment, accept the payment, and the data from membership and transaction are linked. This feature also applies when the member is shopping in the web store. The receipts are stored in the membership so that they can be reprinted, e.g. for insurance.
