Today Sport 24 has grown into a retail chain with 180 stores. The original Sport 24 stores are located in the bigger Danish cities and large shopping centers, and the Sport 24 outlet stores are located in rural areas. Additionally, the company has several different online stores to support various B2C and B2B concepts. Therefore it is crucial for Sport 24 to have a reliable and stable omnichannel solution to support all their stores and online stores in one complete solution.

Ever since the NP Retail implementation, Sport 24 has optimized their solution with custom-designed adaptions for their online store integration such as back office-routine optimization, financial routines as well as an invoice system.

In five years our loyalty program, Sport 24 VIP, has grown from 200,000 to 800,000 members. Members earn bonuses across channels, get free delivery from our online stores, and receive digital receipts. They also get customized offers delivered by marketing automation and personification services.
We implemented NaviPartner’s multishop module on our site. This enables us to control all online store related data in Dynamics. All information such as stock information, product descriptions, parameters concerning pictures, categories, etc. is accessible for everyone and we can manage it centrally.
We have a support agreement with NaviPartner. Their hotline is the primary support channel for all of our stores. The stores can call them or create a case quickly by clicking a shortcut directly on the cash register. A good solution that makes daily administrative tasks easier for us.
Our solution is integrated with mobile payments. The integration is a part of our general payment flow and mobile payments are registered automatically in the exact same way as the other payment methods in the retail solution. NaviPartner ensured a fast implementation by collaborating closely with our bank and us.
