Chain with shops, outlets and online stores
Sport 24 consists of 20 Sport 24 stores located in the bigger Danish cities and large shopping centres, 25 Sport 24 outlet stores in the rural areas in Denmark and seven Business/Team departments. Additionally, the company has several different online stores to support the various concepts.
For these reasons, Sport 24 needed a reliable and stable retail solution to support all their stores and online stores in one complete solution.

Ever since the NP Retail implementation five years ago, Sport 24 has received a series of custom-designed adaptions in connection with the online store integration such as back office-routine optimization, financial routines as well as an invoice system.

NaviPartner has implemented their Mult shop-module on our site. This has enabled us to control all online store related data 100% in Dynamics NAV. This means, that all information such as stock information, product descriptions, parameters concerning pictures, categories etc. is accessible for everyone and we can manage it centrally.
As we speak, we are underway with the MobilePay POS-integration, which will be a part of our payment flow and registered automatically in the exact same way as the other payment methods in the retail solution. NaviPartner has ensured a fast implementation by collaborating closely with Danske Bank and us.
Together with NaviPartner we have custom-designed our members club Sport 24 VIP. The members club gives customers the opportunity to earn bonuses when shopping in our various concept stores. We have had our members club in three years and we currently have more than 160,000 members.
We have a support agreement with NaviPartner. Their hotline is the primary support channel for all of our stores. The stores can call them or create a case quickly by clicking a shortcut directly on the cash register. A good solution that makes daily administrative tasks easier for us.
