Loyalty cards and coupons in the wallet
This is Michael, who is a keen reader. He has received a text message from his favorite bookstore with a 20 % discount coupon that he stores in his smartphone wallet.
On his way home from work, Michael decides to visit the bookstore. Near the store, he receives a notification, reminding him of the coupon. Inside the store, he easily finds a book he likes and proceeds to the checkout counter where the discount is automatically deducted when the sales assistant scans the coupon.
After the purchase Michael receives a notification with a new point score he swipes to check his loyalty card and notices that the point score has been updated.
