In this video, Microsoft MCT, Steven Renders, introduces a new feature of Dynamics 365 Business Central, which allows you to modify, assign and process Word forms for emails.

To show this in practice Steven goes through three steps. In the first step, he demonstrates how you can set up the customer statements for Word forms, and how you can choose which report layout to use as default. In the second step, Steven shows you how to set up customer specific information for particular documents. In the third step, he demonstrates how Business Central automatically generates and sends customer statements, based on the customer specific settings.
