New Support Director and Key Account Manager at NaviPartner

NaviPartner has a new Support Director, Thomas C. Koch, who has been a part of the company for the last 10 years. At the same time, Dmitri Rousskikh has joined our sales department as Key Account Manager.

Thomas C. Koch is NaviPartner’s new Support Director

Thomas C. Koch has been promoted from a position as System Consultant and is NaviPartner’s new Support Director from May 1, 2017. Thomas has an educational background from the University of Copenhagen, from which he has a Master of Political Science.

Thomas joined NaviPartner in the fall of 2006, and due to his extensive experience, Thomas has great insight into NaviPartner’s different solutions and services. As head of the Support Department, Thomas is responsible for ensuring that customers’ technical challenges are met with a fast and effective service.

Thomas replaces the former Support Director, Niels Monsen, who seeks new challenges after 10 great years at NaviPartner.

Dmitri Rousskikh has joined NaviPartner as new Key Account Manager

Dmitri Rousskikh is NaviPartner’s new Key Account Manager from April 1, 2017. Dmitri’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Export Engineering. He has several years of sales experience from his former position as Account Manager at the firm Sika.

As a Key Account Manager, Dmitri’s first job is to create and maintain a great relationship with NaviPartner’s customers to make sure that their needs are met.
