NaviPartner’s POS solution, NP Retail, is now present in 15 of Miniso’s newly opened stores in Canada. The Japanese chain store has great expansion plans and expects to open another 500 stores in Canada alone.
Miniso – a retail company with an expansion strategy
Miniso is a Japanese value-priced retailer specializing in household and consumer goods that include cosmetics, stationery, toys, and kitchenware. If you haven’t seen a Miniso store already, you probably will at some point, as they have opened more than 1,000 stores in 40 countries within the last three years. With 80-100 stores opening on a monthly basis, Miniso’s expansion strategy has one of the fastest paces in the world.
NP Retail in Canada
In collaboration with our partner, Mibusoft, we have gone live with our POS system, NP Retail, in Miniso’s 15 Canadian brick-and-mortar stores. The solution is used as a point-of-sale system with an integration of inventory management and Dynamics NAV. The retail business solution is prepared for growth, which makes it possible for Miniso to expand with more accounts and stores. In Canada alone, they plan to open another 30 stores within the next 14 days – ending up with 500 stores in a couple of years.
