Online ticketing lets visitors buy tickets from home
If you choose to add the NP Ticketing Online module to your solution you will be able to manage ticket sales via an online store, that is a subpage of your home page.
Guest buy tickets in the online store and receive the tickets by email shortly after the purchase. This means that online ticketing saves you resources, as you do not have to hand over the tickets at the ticket counter. Online tickets are sold from the same ticketing setup as the ticket counter. This means you have no risk of overselling tickets and that you can always monitor ticket sales from Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Easy access to sales statistics and insights
Business Central keeps track of the number of tickets sold and calculates the daily revenue. You can also get easy access to many other statistics such as time analysis on different visitors groups.
By synchronizing data from Business Central to the business intelligence solution, Power BI, you can gain a deep insight of the attraction from clear, visual reports. With this insight, you get an even better basis for making decisions that benefit your business.
