  • Create a case directly from Dynamics NAV by pressing ctrl+alt+shift+i – or log in to the case system and create a case
  • Describe your issue and submit
  • We will then handle your case and respond via case

  • Install the program for remote support
  • Call hotline at +45 7022 0322
  • Press control-shift-s in the Dynamics NAV window
  • A number will appear on your screen
  • Give that number to our hotline employee
  • The supporter logs on to your Dynamics NAV session.
