Use the case system to get fast and efficient service

  • Create a case directly from Dynamics NAV by pressing ctrl+alt+shift+i – or log in to the case system and create a case
  • Describe your issue and submit the case
  • We will then handle your case and respond through the case system.

  • Install the program for remote support on your computer
  • Call the hotline at +45 70 22 03 22
  • Press control-shift-s in the Dynamics NAV window
  • A number will appear on your screen
  • Give that number to our hotline employee
  • Our employee logs on to your NAV session.
