- Create a case directly from Dynamics NAV by pressing ctrl+alt+shift+i – or log in to the case system and create a case
- Describe your issue and submit the case
- We will then handle your case and respond through the case system.

- Install the program for remote support on your computer
- Call the hotline at +45 70 22 03 22
- Press control-shift-s in the Dynamics NAV window
- A number will appear on your screen
- Give that number to our hotline employee
- Our employee logs on to your NAV session.
