Mark is the founder of NaviPartner and has since its inception in 1993 acted as CEO. He is responsible for NaviPartner’s continued development of Microsoft Dynamics solutions as Mark even figures as chief software architect of a number of solutions himself. Mark manages to see possibilities and guide NaviPartner’s customers to new heights.
Bjarne has the overall responsibility for NaviPartner’s customer contact. Since 1993 has Bjarne been in close dialogue with NaviPartner’s customers, why he manages to put himself in the position of the customer. Focusing on the rewarding dialogue, Bjarne helps ensure that customer satisfaction and further cooperation with NaviPartner is optimal.
As the main responsible of NaviPartner’s hosting platform, Christian and his team work to ensure that the IT security and the daily operation of both internal NaviPartner systems and hosting platform are working optimally. With his knowledge about best practices for operating, has Christian since 1999 helped to ensure that operations are running smooth.
As head of the delivery group, Buster works as project manager and presales as well as system consultant within Microsoft Dynamics and POS systems. Here he ensures that the activities surrounding the planning, implemen-tation, setup and adjustments are progressing satisfactorily. Buster has since 2001 been involved in more than 500 installations.
Peter has achieved a great insight in the industry of Retail and Entertainment, where he fully understands the customer’s business. With knowledge of the customer’s needs and challenges, Peter has since 2006 been able to recommend the proper implementations, customizations and workflows that create value for the customer and their business.
Anna is responsible for accounting and HR. Anna ensures that the accounts balance, while she has her finger on the pulse in relation to employees’ well-being. Anna has been in-volved in NaviPartner since 1993, and has since her employment in 2007 gained a thorough understanding of NaviPartner’s values both in terms of the bookkeeping and socially.
As head of the Support Department, Thomas is responsible for ensuring that customers’ technical challenges are met. He handles these requests fast and efficiently, and makes certain that customers experiencing any problem are being helped. Thomas has since 2006 gained great insight into the different solutions as well as the issues connected to them.
Kristian is head of the Project Management team, where he is responsible for managing the implementations of NaviPartner’s solutions to the customers. Kristian has since 2015 focused on the needs and expectations of the customers and has also obtained deep insights around customizations, setup and processes in the implementation stage.
As a marketing manager, Nina ensures that NaviPartner’s presence is evident on all platforms with diverse and relevant messages. Nina has since 2011 ensured that the technical information has been translated into easily understandable messages about NaviPartner’s solutions, so customers can relate and connect them to their own businesses.
