Having built strong client connections via Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Criteria is now expanding its offerings by partnering with NaviPartner. This collaboration allows Criteria to present four new specialized omnichannel solutions to both existing and new clients.

Criteria partners with NaviPartner to distribute retail solutions for D365 Business Central.

With a substantial track record as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner in the Danish market, NaviPartner leverages its extensive expertise to channel insights into client needs and challenges. This has culminated in robust product innovation, yielding well-documented and tested omnichannel solutions, – namely, NP Retail, NP Ecommerce, NP WMS, and NP Attraction.

NP Retail stands as the central hub – a cloud-based retail software solution (SaaS) designed for all retailer types. It seamlessly integrates point-of-sale, financial management, bookkeeping, order management, inventory control, and comprehensive reporting into a unified solution. With support for over 250 payment methods, NP Retail facilitates online, mobile, and in-store transactions. This positions NP Retail as a future-proof solution, effortlessly adaptable for implementation across multiple countries as businesses venture into new markets.

There are high hopes and expectations for the NP product portfolio on the market where Criteria operate: “We are very excited about this new partnership and the NP solutions. NaviPartner has many great references, and their solutions hold significant potential in the growing Romanian market. For us, it’s a new challenge to develop a fresh vertical. I am confident that we will learn a lot from this journey.”

Tightly integrated with NP Retail is NP Ecommerce, this is an online e-commerce solution built on Magento. NP Ecommerce seamlessly connects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, serving as the backbone for real-time integration among the online store, ERP system, and physical store, ensuring constant inventory accuracy. Extending the capabilities of NP Retail, the NP Attraction solution is tailored for the entertainment sector, featuring specialized modules ideal for ticketing and membership management.

To round out the omnichannel suite, NaviPartner has introduced NP WMS, a solution designed for efficient warehouse operations management. NP WMS is a fully mobile Warehouse Management System (WMS) with RFID technology and tailored for Dynamics 365 Business Central. Its implementation is remarkably cost-effective, allowing customers to self-configure the solution for a quick start within hours. The user-friendly app requires minimal training, making it accessible for end users. To begin, customers only need the NP WMS app and access to Business Central SaaS.

NaviPartner is pleased to bring their product portfolio to the market with additional support: “We have invested significant time and resources in developing and fine-tuning these solutions. We take pride in making them available globally through robust partnerships. Partnering with Criteria is an ideal match for us, given their expertise and client base. This collaboration opens avenues to introduce our solutions to an entirely new customer segment.”
