The POS system

NP Retail is a world-class POS system that is seamlessly integrated into Dynamics 365 Business Central with no middleware. It is offered as a Software as a Service hosted in the Cloud.

As the POS system runs in a web client and has a responsive design it is device-independent. An mPOS app for iOS and Android is also available. Furthermore, NP Retail supports more than 160 different payment terminals and payment service providers such as Nets and Adyen.

NP WMS – boost your digital transformation

NP WMS connects inventory management in Business Central with your retail solution in-store and online. The solution provides visibility for each item across the supply chain, distribution centres, and sales channels. Improve sales, optimize operations, and delight customers with 99% accurate inventory data.

The solution utilizes the RFID technology to automate inventory counting and provide data-based insights for loss prevention.

The e-commerce platform

The online store, NP Ecommerce, is based on Magento and seamlessly integrated into Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The solution has a big number of features that help your customers sell more. The integration into Business Central saves them time and effort as all data is gathered there.

For B2B commerce the standard solution can be expanded with the NP Ecommerce B2B module.

The ticketing system

NP Entertainment is a 360-degree ticketing system for attractions and museums. The solution collects all data from ticket sales, memberships, store and café in Business Central.

Attractions get updated view over tickets sold. The system handles season tickets and provides club members with a login to an online store, where they can change and renew their membership themselves.

As NP Entertainment is a flexible ticketing system, based on modules it can be designed to match the business of the attraction.

We also offer our partners free support and the support of a technical product expert for conversions and technical queries. Our training department ensures that our partners have the knowledge they require to become independent.

Branding & Marketing

You can choose to brand your solution with the NP Retail and NP Ecommerce labels and logos or if you prefer you can brand them with your own label and logo. Either way, you have full access to all of our marketing materials such as email templates and brochures.

Providing a trial for potential customers is a strong tool in the sales process, and our partners get support with setting up their own trial.
