With QR Code Ordering, guests simply scan a QR code, browse the menu in their preferred language, place their order, and pay directly from their mobile device. With Kiosk Ordering, guests use an intuitive touch-screen kiosk to explore the menu, customize their order, and complete the purchase independently.
Alongside NP Self-Service, we will also demonstrate our new AI-powered NP Voice Assistant. See how guests can browse menus and place orders using only their voice. Explore all the great capabilities of our new NP Self-Service solution
Ivana Biševac, BC365 Team Lead, NaviPartner; Through a live demo application, Ivana will showcase how the ordering process works in a real restaurant environment using our new NP Self-Service solution. She will demonstrate how both modules, QR Code Ordering and Kiosk Ordering, operate in practice and how all order data is seamlessly synchronized with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Additionally, she will demonstrate how incoming orders are displayed in real-time on the Kitchen Display System, enabling efficient kitchen operations and seamless order tracking. Once an order is prepared, the guest receives a notification that their order is ready for pickup, ensuring a smooth and fully connected end-to-end ordering experience. |
