With our NP Pay solution, streamline your transactions effortlessly through the convenience of “Pay by Link”. This feature empowers you to complete payments swiftly via link, whether initiated over the phone, chat, or email. NP Pay’s “Pay by link” functionality is seamlessly integrated into all sales orders, facilitating upselling opportunities during phone interactions, or accommodating item substitutions due to stock shortages, efficiently managing any minor discrepancies that may arise.

Here’s how it works: On any sales order inside Business Central, you can generate a payment link and select whether to send it via e-mail or SMS to your customer. With a single click on the link, the customer accesses the payment form and swiftly concludes the transaction within moments, resulting in a payment reservation on the sales order, just like an ecommerce payment!

“Buy Now, Pay Later” fully integrated on all channels

Through the “Buy Now, Pay Later”, feature, customers are empowered to indulge in their desired purchases today and defer payments for later, whether in-store or online.

Via NP Pay you can offer Klarna both online and in-store. Klarna presents a contemporary alternative to traditional credit, offering customers the flexibility to settle their purchases in three equal, interest-free installments. Alternatively, customers can explore products with confidence, with an extra 30-day grace period for payment, interest-free as long as payments are made on time. Moreover, customers have the option to spread the cost through monthly payments, with the flexibility to choose between interest-free or interest-bearing options. More options mean more customers.

Emergency POS App

Today, it’s not enough to have an offline-first POS system if you want to be safe. That might cover you for internet and server outages, but not for malware attacks across all stores. Via NP Pay, we have developed a standalone barebones emergency POS app that can be installed on your existing mPOS devices. Once the connection to the Business Central servers is reestablished, all sales data is synchronized back to Business Central, transactions are posted, and digital receipts are sent out.
