NP Self Service allows guests to browse menus, place orders, and pay directly from their phones, with every order integrated into NP Hospitality’s POS and kitchen workflows. Orders flow into the core system in real time, reducing waiting times and manual steps while keeping staff focused on service. The same setup also supports kiosk-based ordering, allowing venues to adapt self-service to different service models and peak hour demands within the same operational setup.
Kitchen Display System
Track orders from purchase to pickup, guiding kitchen prep and showing customers where to collect their food.
The Kitchen Display System (KDS) shows each order on a kitchen screen as soon as it’s paid, with all add-ons and status stages like Order Taken and In Progress. It routes items through the right stations (kitchen, packing, etc.), highlights delays with color codes, and can show at which counter the customer will collect their food.
