By ensuring a true omnichannel retail environment that unifies their physical stores, online web shop, and backend operations, shoppers can now seamlessly move between online and in-store experiences, enjoying consistent product information, pricing, and promotions, regardless of their preferred shopping channel.
Loyalty program
In five years our loyalty program, Sport 24 VIP, has grown from 200,000 to 800,000 members. Members earn bonuses across channels, get free delivery from our online stores, and receive digital receipts. They also get customized offers delivered by marketing automation and personification services.
Multishop
The NaviPartner’s multishop module enables controlling all online store-related data in Dynamics. All information such as stock information, product descriptions, parameters concerning pictures, categories, etc. is accessible to everyone and managed centrally.
Support agreement
Hotline is the primary support channel for all of our stores. The stores can call or create a case quickly by clicking a shortcut directly on the cash register. A good solution that makes daily administrative tasks a breeze.
Mobile payments
The mobile payment integration is a part of the general payment flow and mobile payments are registered automatically in the exact same way as the other payment methods in the retail solution. NaviPartner ensured a fast implementation by collaborating closely with Sport24’s bank and Sport24.
